How does the design process work?
Tell us the style direction you like and we'll reach the desired result faster.
What do you need from me to start?
The more, the better: some kind of vision, logos, pictures of the previous design line, desired updates, schedule, details of accessories and any other wishes. Information is power when a project is kicked off.
How many revision rounds are included?
Three to five, within reason. We hope the fine-tuning is done right after the first version rather than returning to it days later, because this is human work.
Printed in 1–2 weeks
Printing starts once the design is finished.
Do I get the final files?
For vehicle graphics, the quantity and price are agreed separately depending on how many extra print runs you intend to make. If the agreement is for one and ten are printed elsewhere, we invoice €150 + VAT per piece. If they are printed by us, it's a different matter.
Can I bring my own logo or sketch?
You can, and we hope you will. Preferably as vector graphics or a good-quality bitmap image. We charge for redrawing a logo, but you of course get the corrected logo for yourself.
I've designed my graphics with AI. Does it affect the price?
No, unless your design is actually print-ready. AI images are often low-quality bitmaps from which only the broad lines can be used. They have to be redrawn clean, and the images often contain so much noise that copying them down to the last stroke would take a month. AI is a tool for visualizing your ideas, and within certain limits they can be realized. If your files pass our strict scrutiny, it's a different matter.

Who is responsible for logo copyright?
The customer is responsible for the copyright of any logos they request.
I'm a business customer. Can I get an e-invoice or an invoice by email?
Yes, you can. The invoice is a prepayment invoice. Give us the e-invoice address and your preferred reference when you place the order.
